Chicken Man-chow Soup
A cup of hot man-chow soup is what I always crave for when I come back home in these chilling rainy days.
I am a big fan of Indo-Chinese Cuisine may it be chowmins, fried rice or soups. Today will share you my most favorite man-chow soup recipe. It's cooking process is very simple, less time-consuming. Its one of the best medicines for cold in this rainy season. I don't prefer adding oil to the soup to make it healthier. If you want to fry the veggies a little bit then you can add a few drops of oil in a pan & saute for a minute. I used 1 beaten egg, if you don't want then you can skip this.
