Corn Cutlet
Corn Cutlet is a very famous snacks item. To make corn cutlet regular corn seeds are blended roughly and then few ingredients and spices are added, then the mixture is deep fried. If you are health conscious then you can shallow fry it in a pan also. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney. It is best to serve as the starter or in Kids Lunch Box. Ingredients
  • 1 smallcup Corn seeds
  • 1tbsp Corn seedsfor the mixture
  • 1Medium Mashed Potato
  • 2tbsp Onion
  • 1tsp Green Chili
  • 2tbsp Capcicum
  • 1tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1/2tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1tsp Garam masala
  • 1tsp Chat masala
  • 1tbsp Lime Juice
  • 3tbsp Bread crumbs
  • 2tbsp Corn Flour
  • 2tbsp Gram Flour
  • 1/2tsp Blackpepper Powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • Oil for deep frying
Instructions
  1. Take a blending jar, Add corn & a little bit water & make a rough paste.
  2. Take a bowl, pour the corn paste, add mashed potato, onion, green chili, capsicum & Coriander leaves.
  3. After that add, all the spices, lime juice, flour & at last add the salt. Give a nice mix & make a dough.
  4. Grease your hand and make the cutlets any size and shape you want.
  5. Deep fry in hot oil. Till golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
  7. Enjoy !!!
