Gujrati Methi Thepla
Methi Thepla is Made from fresh Fenugreek Leaves. High Level of nutritional values are found in fenugreek. The protein-rich fenugreek leaves can be treated as a wonder herb. If children don't like to eat greens then this is the best way you can add it o their diet.
Basically, it is made by mixing methi/fenugreek leaves, wheat flour, gram flour, some spices & Yoghurt / Curd. Mix all the ingredients & make a dough. I have taken a big amount of gram flour & less amount of wheat flour. I like the proportion & it tastes much better. For me, it's the best food for train journies. Serve Methi Thepla with plain Yogurt or mango/lemon Pickle.
