I have learned many dishes from Takuma ( Our Bengali Neighbour), He is a really talented cook and most of her recipes were quite authentic. I often used to have lunch at her place, One fine day she cooked this special bottle gourd Curry ( laau_dud) for me, and from that day, I became a fan of it.
Most of the people even me also don't like to eat bottle-gourd. But from that day I always prepare this regularly at my kitchen. I have used very fewer ingredients and without ginger & garlic.
