We all know mango is a seasonal fruit but here in Bangalore, one can find it throughout the year (though it becomes costly in the non-seasonal months). Summers are long gone and thus the flavors of the mangoes are also faded from the tastebuds and memory but yesterday i became really happy when i saw a basket full of "Raw Mangoes" over a basket when i was doing my regular vegetable shopping. I picked a few of them and plan was to make Authentic Odia Style of Mango Chutney (also called as "Amba Chatuni")
Earlier I have shared some Mango Recipes: Link ( ). But Today will share you the Khatti Mitti "Mango Chutney". You can have it with rice, chapati, & any kind of fried snacks items. Sweet, Sour & Spicy Mango Chutney is one of my favourite dishes and Follow the steps as mentioned below to easily prepare it at home. Do try @ yourself and let us know if you like the recipe/Process.
