  • 1 cup Pumpkin
  • 1 cup Brinjal
  • 1 cup Radish
  • 1/2 cup Lady finger
  • 1 small Arum
  • 2-3 tbsp Chickpea flour(Besan)
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 3 Red chilli
  • 8-9 Curry leaves
  • 4 garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Panchphoran
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 pinch Asafotedia
  • 2 piece Aambula
  • 2 tsp Coriendar leaves (chopped)
  • 1 cup Caurd
  • 1/2 cup Tomato (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
  1. Cut all the vegetable into large size, (otherwise, it will mix with water) & add to boil it in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
  2. Now take a handi (patila), add water, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, aambula (dry mango), boiled veggies, mix it well
  3. In a bowl, add besan & water mix it well and add into the veggies, now cook it well, when the besan will be cooked, than add curd into it, cook for another 5-10 minutes. Switch off the flame.
  4. For tempering heat oil in a pan, add panchphoran, asafotedia, red chili, garlic, curry leaves, chopped tomatoes & salt, cook it well & put the tempered mixer into the vegetable, garnish with chopped coriander.
  5. Aambilla is ready to serve.
