  • 3 Cups Rice
  • 1 Cup Jaggery
  • As Required Water
  • 2 Tbps Sesame Seeds
  • For Deep Frying Oil

  • 3 Cups Rice
  • 1 Cup Jaggery
  • As Required Water
  • 2 Tbps Sesame Seeds

Instructions
  1. Soak the rice in water for about 2 Hours. Clean it with normal water and drain all the water.
  2. Keep the rice in room temperature to dry for about 15-20 minutes
  3. Grind it to make powder (rice flour) by using a mixture grinder
  4. Heat water and add jaggery, stir it on medium flame to make the syrup.
  5. Slowly add the rice flour to the syrup and stir continuously to form a batter.
  6. Take the batter in small portions and flattened the same with the help of banana leaf or any plate.
  7. Fry it till the color becomes golden brown Take them out & serve after cooling.

Arisha Pitha is an all time snacks & It can be stored in a air tight container for 10-15 days
