Bhendi- Besara (Mustard-LadyFinger curry)
Bhendi Basara is an authentic Odia cuisine.In Odisha, most of the people use mustard paste in curries. We as Oriya just love the flavor of mustard and its called as" Besara". In odisha, you will the find the different delicacy of mustard curries like Jhanhi Besara, Lau Besara, Chui besara, Saru Besara, Macha Besara. Most of the veggies are used this paste to make mouthwatering dishes. Today i will share with you the recipe of Bhendi Besara (Lady Finger-Mustard Curry). It is very simple & very little ingredients ared used. Those who have the silbati use it for the mustard paste. I bet you will get a diffrent flavour in it. But i don't have any silbati so, I have used the mixer grinder to make the paste. I have also blended the tomato with the other ingredients though my mom gives the tomato later & she uses the chopped tomatoes not the blended one. I have to blend it because I am using a very little amount of mustard for this.
It is side dish and is a perfect combination for rice.. Let's Start...
