Kids always demand and fond of tasty and colourful food, and this is the most common story in every house. Most of the kids love to eat egg and it certainly should be a very regular dish in the menu. But cooking it the same way all the time makes it quite boring and also the traditional way of cooking it with lots of masalas is also not good for health. Today I will share with you a new egg recipe, It's a very delicious and less time-consuming recipe. I have learned this recipe from one of the small roadside shops at my hometown. It's a non-gravy dish and can be served as a side dish. Best to have with rice or chapati. It can also be served as a starter . So let's start....

  • 3 Boiled Egg (Chopped)
  • 1 small Boiled Potato (Chopped)
  • 2 Green chilli ( chopped )
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 1 medium Garlic (Chopped)
  • 1/2 inch Ginger (Chopped)
  • 1 medium Tomato ( chopped )
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Meat Masala
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Boiled Egg Fry
Instructions
  1. Heat Oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, garlic, & onion. Fry it well.
  2. When the onion turns golden brown. Add tomato, salt, turmeric powder, tomato ketchup, green chilli & meat masala. Mix well.
  3. Now add boiled potato & the "Boiled Egg" (cut into 4 pieces). Now fry it in medium flame.
  4. Remove from heat. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. Tastes it best with rice, roti as a side dish.
  6. Enjoy !!!
Recipe Notes

- If you want totally spicy egg fry then skip the sauces.
- You can skip the potato also.
