Hii foodies, Let's try some dessert! Chocolate Cake!Nothing to worry, it's very easy to make & delicious to eat. You will love it for sure! I am trying this in pressure cooker as it comes out really floppy (spongy ) & soft and purely eggless. There are few ingredients required and if you want it to be fancy one then you can decorate it in any style if you know otherwise then skip it & you can go for the simple one. So let's it try dear friends ....

  • 1 Cup All puropse flour / Maida
  • 1/2 Cup Milk powder
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar ( Powder)
  • 1/2 Cup White butter
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 3 Tbps Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanila essence
  • 1 Pkt Whipped cream

Instructions
  1. In a bowl add butter and whipped it for 3-4 mins , now add the powder sugar & again whip them together for another 3-4 mins.
  2. Add all purpose flour , cocoa powder ,baking powder, baking soda and milk into it & mix them well & make a smooth paste.
  3. Now add the vanila essence & mix it well , cake batter is ready for bake.
  4. Ready the pressure cooker for baking the cake , just put some salt into the cooker to make a thick layer of salt on which you will keep that cake container , then place a stand . This process is called Pre-heating . Remove the whistle .
  5. Now prepare the cake tin ,apply some butter to the cointener . Put some flour int the cake tin & move it all over the tin.
  6. Now transfer the cake batter into the container.
  7. When your cooker gets heated , put cointner into the cooker . Do that carefully
  8. Now bake for 30 minutes ,after 30 minutes of baking open the cooker & check it with the help of knife or toothpick , if it comes out clear then you know its ready
  9. Take out the caketin & cool it for 10 minutes .After that put a plate on the caketin , invert it carefully
  10. For more taste decorate the cake with whipped cream , chocolate ,tutty fruity or any thing you want.
  11. I used the" Blue bird " whipped cream packet ( easily available in the market place )
  12. Now coat it with whipped cream , decorate with some dark chocolate & tutti frutty , freeze it for 10 mins.
  13. Now Enjoy the chocolate cake ..
