Who doesn't like the corn ??? Definitely, everyone likes to eat any kind of corn recipes. It is also called as Butta, Makka or corn in the different parts of India. I love the smell of burnt charcoal flavored corn on the road side Thela. Today I will share you one of my most favorite & easy to make corn chat recipe. Its one of my fav snacks item during the rainy days. Its very simple to prepare corn chat at home and requires some basic ingredients like hot & boiled corn, butter, chopped veggies, lime juice & chaat masala.   • 150 grm Boiled Sweet Corn
  • 1/4 tbsp Boiled Potato
  • 1/4 tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 1/4 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
  1. Take a bowl, Add the boiled sweet corn & all other chopped items (veggies). Add a full spoon of Butter, add red chili powder & chaat Masala, then add a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix all the ingredients. And its ready to serve.
  3. Enjoy !!!
