  • 2 cup Boiled Rice
  • 2 cup Curd
  • 2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tsp Grated carrot
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • Water as you needed
  • Salt to Taste
For Tempering
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 5-6 Curry leaves
  • 1 pinch Asafotida(hing)
  • 1 tsp Oil

  • 2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tsp Grated carrot
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • Water as you needed
  • Salt to Taste
For Tempering
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 5-6 Curry leaves
  • 1 pinch Asafotida(hing)
  • 1 tsp Oil
Curd Rice
Instructions
  1. In a bowl add curd, Milk, salt & a little water. Mix it well.
  2. Add the boiled rice into the mixture of curd.
  3. Heat oil in a tempering pan, add mustard seeds, Cumin seeds. When it start to crackle add the green chillies & curry leaves. Saute for a second & switch off the flame. Now pour it into the rice.
  4. Now add the coriander leaves, pomegranate seeds & grated carrot. Mix it well. Now the curd rice is ready to be served.
