Today I will share a very healthy yet less time-consuming breakfast recipe for all the age group. Curd Sandwich It is quite easy to prepare and is a perfect breakfast especially for kids and bachelors. In this sandwich recipe, i have used lots of veggies, curd & a pinch of love.   • 8 Bread Slice
  • 2 tbsp Boiled Potato
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ( chopped )
  • 2 tbsp Carrot (Chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Capcium (Chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt / curd
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp Blackpapper Powder
  • 1 tsp coriander leave ( chopped )
  • 1 tbsp Oil or Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Easy Sandwich Recipe
Instructions
  1. Finely Chop all the veggies. add all the veggies, curd, black pepper powder, tomato ketchup & salt In a bowl. Mix it well
  2. Heat a pan, brush a little bit of butter into it. Slightly toast the bread slices one by one.
  3. On a toasted bread add yogurt mixture & cover with an another bread slice. Do same with the rest of bread slices.
  4. In the same pan brush butter or spread little bit oil, again toast the bread sandwich on a medium flame.
  5. Flip it, when it will to golden brown. Do same with the rest of the sandwiches. Serve with tomato ketchup.
  6. Enjoy !!!
