Today i am going to make dates apple milk shake. If your children don't like to chew fruits , then you can easily make it & decorate with chocolate syrup & give them. Dates have lots of health benefits having rich dietary fiber and prevent bad cholesterol too & as you know the old saying--an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Along with milk it gives triple nutritional benefit. So, i combine all 3 nutritional food items & make the shake. I love the cinnamon flavor so i am mixing a little bit of cinnamon powder in it but if you don't like the cinnamon flavor then you can make the shake without it. Dates can be easily available in the market & you can store them for several months. So let's start ....

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 glass Milk
  • (optional) Pinch of Cinamon powde

Instructions
  1. Soak the dates in milk for 15 minutes
  2. Now peel & chop an apple
  3. Add apple , dates , milk & cinamon powder to a blender

  4. Make it into a fine puree ( if you want then add some ice cubes )
  5. Pour it into glass
