Aallu Chaat.... Ahhh.....πŸ˜‹ I still remember that chatpata Aallu Chat prepared by an old man at the nearby market. That was one of my favorite evening snacks item and I used to be his regular customer when i was in delhi. The cost per plate of Allu chaat was around 10-20 rupees and was a very good option for some light food in the evening. Sadly nothing of that sort is available in Bangalore. So i did some research and finally found a solution to prepare that mouthwatering dish at home πŸ€—πŸ˜πŸ˜‹ Do try this at your home and i am sure you will love the taste of this simple and easily made Aalu Chaat.
