  • 1/2 Kg Chicken
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Paste
  • 1 cup Curd
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves

  • 1/2 Kg Chicken
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Paste
  • 1 cup Curd
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves

Instructions
  1. Wash the chicken pieces in running water.
  2. In a bowl add chicken, garlic paste, ginger paste, red chilli paste, salt & curd. Marinate it properly. Keep aside for 1 hour.
  3. After 1 hour, heat kadai/pan or pressure cooker, Put the marinated chicken & close the cover of the pan.
  4. Cook it for 15 minutes, after that check it once & if the chicken pieces are not cooked properly than cover the led again.
  5. if the chicken pieces cooked properly then add the coriander leaves & turnoff the heat.
  6. Serve it hot with chapati or hot rice.
