I have learned many dishes from Takuma ( Our Bengali Neighbour), He is a really talented cook and most of her recipes were quite authentic. It might be the magic of her hand that whatever she used to cook comes out really tasty. She always had innovative recipes ideas for the leftover food in her kitchen. I often used to have lunch at her place, One fine day she cooked this special bottle gourd Curry ( laau_dud) for me, and from that day, I became a fan of it. Most of the people even me also don't like to eat bottle-gourd. But from that day I always prepare this regularly at my kitchen. I have used very fewer ingredients and without ginger & garlic. Have added milk & flour give it a creamy texture/taste Follow my process & Must try at your home. Definitely, your family will become a fan of bottle- gourd.
