Now that it' summertime, There are lots of varieties of mangoes available in the market. Today i will share with you a very easy to make Mango Burfi recipe, yes you heard that right πŸ™‚ .. Mango Burfi ( Dessert and mangoes both are my all time favorite). It's advisable to take the Alphas Mangoes but ok if you don't have and you can use any of the sweet varieties of perfectly ripened mangoes. Wash, peel & make it into puree. I have used with milk powder & khoya. It was my 1st attempt & it came out perfectly. If your burfi mixture will a bit moist then you can use a little bit of roasted rawa or milk powder. follow my step to step instructions. Do at your home & share the picture with me.
