Its one of the most relishing cake recipe in my list. The main ingredient used to prepare this cake are Mangoes Pulps & the Semolina. I am using a very little sugar as i am using a very sweet variety of mango. As many of the indian families dont have access to microwave/oven and I receive a lot of requests to share cake recipes which can be baked on a pressure cooker, sharing this recipe which can be baked easily on a pressure cooker.   • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 11/2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp Almonds/ Pistachio Cuts (Optional)
  • 2-3 Tbsp Cherry (Optional)
  • 1/4 Salt

Instructions
  1. Take a big bowl, Add 1 cup of fine Semolina, Add Sugar, Salt & Butter. Mix well.
  2. Now Add the Mongo Pulp, Baking Powder & Baking Soda. Mix again, Let it sit for 10 Minutes.
  3. Heat Pressure Cooker (Remove Whistle), Add salt & keep a Stand. (Preheat)
  4. Grease & Flour the Baking tin, Pour the Mixture & Garnish With chopped Almonds & pistachio.
  5. Now Put the Baking Tin in Pressure Cooker. Cover The lid & Bake for 20-30 Minutes.
  6. Check After 20 minutes with the help of toothpick .
