  • 2 Cups Split washed urad daa ( Black lentils ) -
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 4 Green chilli ( chopped )
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves ( chopped )
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions
  1. Wash & soak the urad daal for 2 hours.
  2. Drain the water & blend it in a mixture to a smooth batter.
  3. Transfer it into a bowl, add grated ginger, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves & mix it well,
  4. Heat oil in a pan, wet the palms & take some batter & flatten it to a round shape, make a hole at the center.
  5. Now slowly slide it into the hot oil,
  6. Fry the Vadas from both sides to golden brown , take them out over paper towel to drain access oil,
