Today I will share you another paneer recipe. Palak Paneer is a very famous north Indian side dish. It's a must have for everyone as its very very tasty and have got nutritional benefits. Spinach/ Palak is a super food loaded with tons of nutrients like zinc, protein, fiber, vitamins A, C, E and K in a low-calorie package. I will share with you the easiest & homely method of making palak paneer. My secret tips are, always use milk instead of water and cook the palak properly otherwise it will not taste good.   • 300 grm Palak
  • 100 grm Paneer
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Green Chili
  • 2 Medium Tomato
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Ginger/garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Fresh cream
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 small cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Ginger/garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Fresh cream
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 small cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
Palak Paneer
Instructions
  1. Clean & wash the palak leaves. To blanch the spinach add a little bit of salt & boil it for 2 minutes.
  2. After that Immediately transfer it to cold water. After that drain the excess water & blend it to a smooth paste.
  3. Heat a pan, add oil & cumin seeds. Saute them, add the chopped onion & green chilies. Stir fry until it turns to golden brown.
  4. Add ginger/garlic paste. Fry it well. Add tomato puree stir & saute.
  5. Add turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder & salt. Add a little water & stir well. Now pour the palak puree into the pan & cook it well.
  6. Add milk & paneer cover the lid & cook it well. Now add the cardamom powder & garam masala & stir well.
  7. At last add the fresh cream, mix it well & immediately switch off the flame.
  8. Serve hot with naan, chapati or steamed rice.
  9. Enjoy !!!!
Recipe Notes

- You can fry the paneer.
- Always add milk for more taste.
- Cook the palak well otherwise taste will not be good.
