Paneer Katti Roll one of the best & easy Tiffin Box recipe. It's very easy to make recipe at home. I have used wheat Chapati (optional, you can use all purpose flour chapati also. I have made it in a very simpler and easier way. If you want to add any other ingredients then you can add it as per your choice. I truly believe that there are no particular ingredients to make food delicious, Take whatever is available or your/ your kid's favorite veggies/sauces, & add a pinch of love, it will definitely become delicious.   • 100 grm Paneer
  • 1 small cup Curd
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Redchili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 3 tbsp Capcicum
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger/garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketcup
  • 1 tbsp Green Chuttney
  • 4-5 Capcicum Chopped
  • 4-5 Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Paneer Katti Roll
Instructions
  1. Take a bowl add curd, add all spices ( Turmeric, RedChili, Garam Masala, Chat Masala, salt ), add chopped capsicum & Coriander leaves & a few drops of lemon Juice. Mix all the ingredients properly.
  2. At last, add the paneer & mix it well. Keep aside for 1 Hour.
  3. After 1-hour heat oil in a pan. Pour the marinated paneer mixture & cook it well. When the water evaporates & paneer becomes too dry then, It's ready.
  4. Take a chapati spread some tomato ketchup & green chutney. Assemble the paneer stuffing in a side of roti, add some slices of capsicum & onion.
  5. Now fold it or roll the chapati. Now the katti roll is ready.
  6. Enjoy !!!!
Recipe Notes

- You can use the all purpose flour chapati also.
- If you marinate for more time then the taste will increase.
- Add your choice of sauces also.
