My hubby and I are always a big fan of north Indian cuisines and I am very keen in making those authentic north indian partathas at home. If you are following my blog then you must have come across the recipe for 2 more kinds of paratha earlier, If not Here are the links Sattu paratha - http://kadchi.in/recipe/sattu-paratha/ & Paneer Paratha - http://kadchi.in/recipe/paneer-paratha/. The recipes are quite simple and i will definitely suggest you to make them at home for a change in taste. Today I will share with you the recipe of restaurant style Mint or Pudina Paratha. It is a very simple & tasty paratha. There is no need of any stuffing & very fewer ingredients needed. It's prepared using simple wheat flour, you just need to add salt & a hand full of chopped mint leaves, a little water to make a tight dough. I have used some roasted cumin, red chili powder & chaat masala to give it a chatpata flavor.
