For Dough
  • 3 Cups Wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • Water as you required.
For Stuffing
  • 5 tsp Sattu
  • 1 Medium Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Green chilli (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp Carom Seeds(Ajwain)
  • 1/4 tsp Kalonji
  • 1 tsp Mustard Oil
  • 1 tsp Mango Pickle Masala
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves
  • Salt to Taste
  • Refined Oil as you needed
  • Water as you needed

Sattu Paratha
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, all flour & salt, Mix it well. Add water slowly & knead a smooth & soft dough. Grease oil on the surface of the dough & keeps aside for 15- 20 minutes.
  2. Take a another bowl add sattu and all other ingredients which mentioned above. Sprinkle some water & mix it well.
  3. Divide the dough in equal part. Take a ball of dough & roll it like chapati. Put the stuffing in the center of the chapati. Wrap it with all sides.
  4. Again Roll it slowly for about 6-7 cm diameter. Place it on a hot tava/fry pan on medium heat.
  5. When tiny bubbles start to rise on the surface, flip to another side & put oil & spread it all over the paratha.
  6. Again fry it on both the side till it becomes to golden brown.
  7. Remove from heat & serve it hot with raita or green chutney.
