It is a very quick & easy recipe and rich in Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals and antioxidants. I have used the Black Chickpea & Peanuts also. You can add or skip items as per your preference. Good for snacks or breakfast. Those who are planning to pack it in the lunch box then don't add the onion otherwise it gives a odd smell to your salad. A very good choice for diet conscious people.   • 1/2 cup Sprouted Moong Beans
  • 1/4 cup Sprouted Black Chickpea
  • 2 tbsp Sprouted Peanuts
  • 3 tbsp English Cucumber
  • 3 tbsp Tomato ( chopped )
  • 2 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Black Salt
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves

Instructions
  1. Add a small amount of water in a pan and boil the Sprouted Moong Beans, Chickpea & Peanuts for 5 minutes.
  2. When it will cool add the chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, black-salt & lastly add the lemon juice to it. Mix it well.
  3. Enjoy !!!!
Recipe Notes

Don't throw the water used to boil the sprouts.
You can also add chopped garlic and boiled potato.
