Lassi is a popular traditional yogurt-based drink from the Indian Subcontinent. Lassi is a blend of yogurt, water, spices and sometimes fruit. Sweet lassi, however, contains sugar or fruits, instead of spices. Nowadays we got lots of flavoured lassies everywhere. Now you can easily make the lassi at home only. A natural digestion enhancer, this light yoghurt drink is flavoured with soothing rose water and cardamom & garnished with Dry Fruits. Lassi is an ultimate refreshing beverage for the hot summer. So let's start....

  • 1 1/2 glass Yogurt / curd
  • 3 tsp Roo afza (1 tsp for garnish)
  • 3-4 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Bournvita Powder
  • 1 tbsp Almonds/ Cashews/ Pistachio cuts
  • 2 Cherries
  • 4 Ice- Cubes
  • 1/2 glass Water

  • 3-4 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Bournvita Powder
  • 1 tbsp Almonds/ Cashews/ Pistachio cuts
  • 2 Cherries
  • 4 Ice- Cubes
  • 1/2 glass Water
Instructions
  1. In a blending jar add yogurt, sugar, roo afza , ice-cubes & water. Blend it well.
  2. Pour it into the glasses, garnish with the bournvita powder, dry fruits cuts, cherries, & pour roo afza on the top and its ready to serve.
  3. Enjoy !!!
