Veg cutlet is a snacks item & quite easy to cook. It is a Mixture of lots of veggies & frying on oil & it's taste is amazing. I have made them by frying on pan using a very little amount of oil, if you want then you can deep fry also. You can easily cook & serve to your guests, family members & kids.. It's nutritious & is better served hot. So let's start....

  • 1 tsp Green chilli (Fienly chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic (Fienly chopped)
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves (Fienly chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder (Optional)
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 cup Flour Batter (All purpose flour)
  • 2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4-5 tbsp Oil

  1. In a bowl mix all the finely chopped veggies, turmeric powder,garam masala,salt, Coriander leaves,bread crumbs (around 2 tbsp), mesh it well.

  2. Now take a cutlet mould or you can make it in any style with different shapes of your your choice,dip it into the batter & cover with bread crumbs.

  3. Refrigrate for 10 minutes.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, now slide down patties one by one into the oil.

  5. when one side turns to golden color, flip into other side. Fry until both sides turn to golden colour.

  6. Serve with green chuttney or tomato ketchup.
